SHIPPING POLICY

  

Our online store offers home delivery service, with different private courier options to any part of the Mexican Republic.

 

Once your order is confirmed, we try in all cases to be ready in one business day. Once the package has been delivered to the corresponding courier company.

 

In all cases, once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your purchase and the guide number to track your package with the selected parcel company.  

 

If any problem occurs with your package, we appreciate if you send us an email to hello@nanahgoods.com with the issue "incidence in delivery" explaining the situation to support you, as far as possible.

 

In case of loss of the package, NANAH SUSTAINABLE GOODSIt will support you to file a report directly with the parcel. Once this process is finished, we will send you a replacement package.
