Billing

We invite you to send an email to hola@nanah.mx to request the corresponding invoice, attaching your order number, your complete tax information and your updated tax certificate. To speed up the process, we recommend writing "INVOICE REQUEST" in the subject of the email.

We are pleased to inform you that we issue invoices for the current month, so you have until the last day of the month to make your request.

It is important that you verify that the information provided is correct, since once the invoice has been issued, it will not be possible to cancel it.

Once your request is received by email, you will receive the invoice the following day, except on weekends. If you send your request on Friday, you will receive the invoice the following Monday.
