RETURN POLICY

To proceed with a return or refund, the product must be sent with the following requirements:  

 

1. The product is in the same state in which it was delivered.
2. You must keep its original packaging and label.
3. The shipment must be made using the same box in which it was received to protect the product.
4. The shipment of the merchandise to our offices is the responsibility and responsibility of the buyer. 
5. The refund will be equal to the cost of the returned products, less the cost of the courier service.
